If you did not receive the items in more than 4 weeks after confirmed shipping date, please contact us.

Express delivery time is 3-6 business days.

Ogiworkshops is not responsible for any delayed or lost packages due to Post service.

Missing info will result in processing delays. We will message asking for missing info, if we do not receive a response within 48 hours Your order will be canceled.

You can only cancel Your personalized order up until 2 hours.
After that the order will not be refunded.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED and WHAT IS "GIFT READY" PACKAGING?
Your order will be packed in a special box to make sure Your mug is delivered to You safely.
We offer "Gift ready" package.
This type of package will include gift card, Your message (if you wish so), special box package.
Please select this option when You add product to the cart.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST ?
If tracking shows your package has been delivered, but you are not in possession of it, you will need to contact your local post office for assistance.
Please provide a safe and secure location for Your deliveries. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED ?
In the unlikely event that Your mug arrives damaged, please provide us a photo of the damage and we will gladly send You a new one.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
