Terms of service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding document between the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) that sets out the rights and obligations of both Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify, amend or supplement these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be published on the Seller’s online store website, and the Buyer will be informed by that publication.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase–Sale Agreement

2.1. The purchase–sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer, after reviewing these Terms, forms and submits an order for goods in the online store.

3. Seller’s Rights

3.1. In the event of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the online store’s operation, stability, or security, or fails to comply with obligations, the Seller has the right, without prior notice, to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store.

4. Seller’s Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure the Buyer’s access to the online store and its services as set forth in these Terms.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer using the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, under the conditions defined in these Terms of Purchase and Sale.
4.3. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver goods ordered in the online store, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase–sale agreement after notifying the Buyer. The Seller may offer a similar product; if the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the payment within 3 (three) business days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract as specified in clause 5.2, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of receiving the returned item.
4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been shipped back to the Seller — whichever occurs first.

5. Buyer’s Rights

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with these Terms.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods by notifying the Seller in writing, except in cases where the goods are made according to special custom instructions.
5.3. The Buyer may exercise this right only if the goods have not been damaged or significantly altered in appearance and have not been used.

6. Buyer’s Obligations

6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure set out in these Terms.
6.2. If, without valid reason, the Buyer refuses to accept the goods at the time of delivery, the Buyer must reimburse the Seller for return shipping costs upon request.
6.3. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the parcel and the goods together with the Seller or the delivery person.
6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and undertake to comply with them.

7. Product Prices

7.1. Product prices in the online store are indicated in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Once the order is confirmed, applicable delivery charges (if any) are added to the total price.

8. Ordering and Payment

8.1. The Buyer selects desired goods in the online store and adds them to the shopping cart. After forming the cart, the Buyer enters the personal data necessary to complete the order: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and other relevant details. The Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and submits the order.
8.2. Payments can be made using Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, or Šiaulių Bankas online banking services, as well as Visa or MasterCard payment cards. All payments are processed in euros (EUR) through the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

9. Delivery of Goods

9.1. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide the exact delivery address.
9.2. The Buyer must personally accept the goods. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods in person but they are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding delivery to an incorrect recipient.
9.3. The Seller delivers goods according to the timeframes specified in each product description.
9.4. All product characteristics are indicated in the product description. The Seller is not responsible if the color, shape, or other parameters of the goods differ from those shown on the Buyer’s device due to monitor or display features.
9.5. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase–sale agreement, the Buyer shall be refunded all amounts paid, including delivery costs.

10. Returns of Goods

10.1. High-quality goods may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defective goods shall be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be observed:
10.2.1. The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging (this clause does not apply to defective goods);
10.2.2. The item must not be damaged by the Buyer;
10.2.3. The item must be unused and retain its commercial appearance (tags, protective films, etc. must not be removed);
10.2.4. The returned item must include all components received by the Buyer (except for defective goods);
10.2.5. The Seller may refuse to accept returned goods if these conditions are not met;
10.2.6. Goods must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, unless the item is defective — in such cases, returns are processed within the statutory warranty period.
10.3. The return and exchange of suitable goods are carried out according to Article 6.22810 (1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.4. Payments for accepted but later returned goods are refunded to the Buyer’s account within 5 (five) days after the goods have been returned, unless the Buyer and Seller agree otherwise.
10.5. The Buyer cannot return goods made to order or produced according to special instructions, in accordance with Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 20 May 1997 on consumer protection in distance contracts.
