Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer shipping services to many countries around the world. Below you will find important information about the shipping process.

Public Holidays

During public holidays and non-working days, postal and courier services do not deliver parcels, and we do not dispatch orders.
You can find the list of official public and non-working days on this website or in the official calendar of the Republic of Lithuania.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received and the order is confirmed.
If your order includes made-to-order items, they will be shipped within 3 business days from the date of payment.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
If you did not receive the confirmation email, please check that your email address was entered correctly and verify your SPAM folder.

Domestic Shipping (Lithuania)

Available delivery methods:
• Parcel lockers LP Express, Omniva – 4 EUR
• Lithuanian Post – 5.50 EUR (excluding Neringa)

Estimated delivery times within Lithuania:
• Parcel lockers – 2–3 business days
• Lithuanian Post – 2–4 business days

Delivery times are approximate. In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen factors beyond the seller’s control (such as distance, shipping volume, or courier workload).

International Shipping

Shipping services are provided by AB Lietuvos Paštas (Lithuanian Post) or courier companies.
If you prefer courier delivery, please contact us at ogi.workshops@gmail.com.

Order processing time: 2–3 business days
Shipping to the USA: 10–20 business days, price 20 EUR (customs included – DDP).
Shipping within the EU: 5–10 business days, price 9 EUR.

Shipping to other countries: 15-30 business days.

If more than 4 weeks have passed since the confirmed shipping date and you have not received your order, please contact us.
Express delivery: 3–6 business days (please contact us in advance).
