Delivery

We are excited to offer delivery services to nearly every country across the globe. Below, you'll find important information regarding our shipping process:

  • National Holidays: Please be aware that delivery service providers usually do not deliver on National holidays, and our warehouse in Lithuania does not ship orders on Lithuanian holidays. All National Lithuanian holidays You will find here.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the EU, Lithuania, Vilnius city. For orders outside the EU, please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your country's customs office prior to purchasing to determine what these additional costs (if any) may be.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business day after we receive payment and accept the order. If your order contains items that need to be produced or customized, it will be dispatched within 3 business days of receiving payment.
  • Shipment Confirmation: After dispatching your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with your parcel's tracking number. If you haven't received this email, please check your "SPAM" folder or verify that you entered your email address correctly.
  • Delivery Time:

  • Shipping (US): 10-20 business days
    Shipping (EU): 5-10 business days

    If you did not receive the items in more than 4 weeks after confirmed shipping date, please contact us.
  • Delivery time after dispatch depends solely on the delivery company and may vary with each order due to factors such as distance, customs procedures, the volume of parcels handled by postal operators at a particular time, unexpected circumstances, and more. Delivery to any country may take longer during peak periods. If your purchase is not delivered within reasonable time or you think that something is wrong with delivery, please contact us via ogi.workshops@gmail.com and we will do our best to solve any issue as soon as possible.
