Return policy

1. Return and Exchange Policy

1.1. Product returns are carried out in accordance with the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, dated June 29, 2001, "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items."

1.2. The buyer must send returned items via registered mail. The registered shipment tracking number must be provided to the Seller no later than within 24 hours after dispatch.

1.3. Return shipping costs for quality goods being returned or exchanged shall be covered by the buyer.

1.4. If the Buyer wishes to return an item(s), they must do so within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, by notifying the Seller via email and attaching photos or videos of the product and/or parcel describing the issue.

1.5. The returned item must be in its original, intact packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same set as received, and must retain its commercial appearance (intact labels, unremoved protective films, etc.). A printed proof of purchase (order confirmation or payment copy) must be included with the return.

1.6. When returning a quality product, the Buyer is refunded only the amount paid for the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1.7. If an incorrect product is received, the Seller undertakes to replace it with the correct product. If the correct product is unavailable, the Buyer will be refunded the full amount (including the product and actual shipping costs).

1.8. In the case of a defective product, the Seller undertakes to replace it with an identical product or refund the Buyer.

1.9. To return a defective item(s), the Buyer must do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, by notifying the Seller via email and attaching photos or videos of the defective product and/or parcel describing the issue.

1.10. The defective item being returned must be in its original, intact packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same set as received, and must retain its commercial appearance (intact labels, unremoved protective films, etc.). A printed proof of purchase must be included with the return.

1.11. The Seller reserves the right to reject returned products if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure described in clauses 1.4–1.5 and 1.9–1.10.

1.12. If the Buyer paid for the item using a gift voucher, the voucher will be returned, along with any additional amount paid (if applicable).

1.13. If the Buyer returns a discounted product, the amount paid for the product with the applied discount will be refunded.

2. Final Provisions

2.1. These return rules are established in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.2. The laws of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to these rules. All disputes arising from the execution of these rules shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
