TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. The Terms set out the rights and obligations of both parties, conditions for purchasing and payment, delivery and return procedures, responsibilities of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods via the online store "ogiworkshops".
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms agreement with these Terms.
1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Buyer forms a shopping cart, provides a delivery address, chooses a payment method, reviews the Terms, and clicks the "Buy" button.

2. Personal Data Protection
2.1. When ordering goods from the "Ogiworkshops" online store, the Buyer must provide the requested personal data: full name, address, and email address.
2.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information during the purchase process.
2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The Buyer also agrees to receive order-related notifications via the email address provided.
2.4. The Buyer's personal data may be used for marketing purposes only with the Buyer's explicit consent.
2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties unless required to do so by law or with the Buyer's written consent.

3. Buyer's Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Buyer agrees to pay the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept delivery.
3.2. The Buyer must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in the payment form. If false or misleading information is provided, "Ogiworkshops" reserves the right to cancel the order and delete the Buyer’s data.
3.3. If any of the Buyer's details change, the Buyer must promptly inform the Seller.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement in accordance with the Return Policy.
3.5. By placing an order on "Ogiworkshops", the Buyer agrees to these Terms and commits to following them as well as applicable Lithuanian legislation.

4. Seller's Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure proper access to and use of the online store "Ogiworkshops".
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to compromise the store’s stability or violates the Terms, the Seller may suspend or restrict the Buyer's access without notice.
4.3. The Seller commits to protecting the Buyer's privacy and not transferring their data to third parties.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.5. In case of significant circumstances, the Seller may suspend or terminate store operations without prior notice.
4.6. The Seller may unilaterally amend these Terms.
4.7. Continued use of the store after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

5. Orders, Pricing, Payment Procedures, and Terms
5.1. Orders can be placed online 24/7.
5.2. Orders are accepted only via the "Ogiworkshops" online store.
5.4. All prices are shown in euros (EUR), including VAT, and in other currencies where indicated, also including VAT.
5.5. The Buyer must pay for the order within 2 (two) calendar days from order confirmation. Orders are processed only after payment is received.
5.6. If payment is not received within 2 days, the order is cancelled.

6. Delivery
6.1. The Buyer must specify an accurate delivery address.
6.2. The Buyer must receive the goods personally. If the Buyer cannot accept the delivery personally and it is delivered to the specified address, the Buyer cannot raise complaints regarding incorrect recipient.
6.3. Goods are shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
6.4. The Seller is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to the Buyer’s actions or force majeure circumstances.
6.5. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is damaged, contains incorrect or missing items, or has incomplete contents.
6.6. The Buyer must provide photos of the damaged parcel and/or item(s) via email to the Seller.

7. Product Quality and Warranty
7.1. Product details are provided in the description of each item in the online store.
7.2. Product images may depict multiple units even if the price is for a single unit. Unit information is specified in each item’s description. Color shades may vary depending on the Buyer’s screen settings.
7.3. Certain product categories may come with a quality guarantee. The duration and terms of the guarantee are specified in the product description.

8. Marketing and Information
8.1. The Seller may run various promotions and offers in the online store "Ogiworkshops".
8.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted.
8.3. Notifications to the Buyer are sent to the email address provided in the order form.
8.4. The Buyer must send all inquiries and messages to the contacts listed in the “Contact” section of the store.
8.5. The Seller is not responsible for undelivered notifications due to internet or email service issues, messages being flagged as spam, or errors in the provided contact information.
8.6. Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions stated in Clause 2.4 of these Terms.

9. Final Provisions
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10. Personalised goods order.

We create personalized gifts. To personalize an item, please send a message via the contact form (or by email at ogi.workshops@gmail.com) with the desired name, text, or date.

If this information is not provided after placing a personalized order, processing will be delayed. If we do not receive the text for the personalized item within 48 hours, the order will be canceled.

Personalized items (with your text) cannot be exchanged or returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
